Ответ: Да, Вы можете иметь рекламу на Вашем сайте

Вопрос: Какие формы оплаты Вы принимаете?
Ответ: Карточки Виза, МастерКард, Pay Pal. Мы принимаем оплату через Moneybookers и WebMoney (WMZ/WMR) используя E-mail оповещение. Для предприятий возможна безналичная оплата банковским переводом - свяжитесь с нами по E-mail.

Вопрос: Позволяете ли вы ОВЕРСЕЛИНГ (overselling)?
Ответ:    Нет!
Для начала выясним что это такое. Не бывает серверов с безразмерной памятью и волшебными процессорами! Для примера предположим, что жесткий диск сервера 80 Gb, и пропускная способность канала 1200 Gb. Хостинговая компания подумала и решила, что конкурентоспособным будет предложить тарифные планы с 2Gb на жестком диске и 40Gb трафика. С этими параметрами они могут предложить только 30 хостинговых пакетов на одном сервере. В гонке за ценами компании стараются превзойти друг друга и на свет появляются пакеты по 200GB и 20000Gb трафика по цене в $5/месяц,  и в этот же канал ваш провайдер впихнет еще 1000 клиентов посулив каждому по 1G бесплатно.
Фактически оверселлинг это продажа одного и того же места на сервере нескольким клиентам, в надежде что никто из них не будет использовать все ресурсы. При этом забывают что процессор просто не сможет обслуживать все запросы. Сервер часто "висит", сайт открывается медленно, до службы поддержки не дозвонится и е-майлы остаются без ответа. Клиенты пытающие использовать всё доступное место, просто отключаются.
Мы не занимаемся оверселлингом, суммарное количество квот на свободное пространство и трафик не превышают ресурсы наших серверов (500 в настоящее время).
Вывод: выбирая хостинг, принимайте во внимание не только план сам по себе, но старайтесь выяснить применяется ли оверселинг. Если есть такое подозрение - идите в другую фирму. Точный признак оверселинга - десятки и сотни GB на диске, предлагаемые за несколько долларов.

DNS

В. Сколько надо ждать, чтобы мой новый Домен появился в интернете?
О. Нужно время чтобы Ваш Домен стал известен в интернете. Распространение этих сведений в мировом масштабе, занимает от 2 до 48 часов.
Сразу после оплаты мы даём Вам временный адрес для того чтобы Вы могли публиковать содержимое Вашего сайта. Таким образом, уже через 10-20 минут после оплаты Ваш хостинг активен и Вы можете начать работу.

В. Как и куда надо прописывать имена ваших Домен Серверов (DNS)?
О. Если Вы купили Домен у нас, Вам ничего не надо делать.

Если же Вы уже имеете Домен (у другого хостинг провайдера, или просто купили Домен, и он еще не истёк) тогда Вам надо прописать имена наших Домен Серверов там, где Вы его купили. При оплате хостинга Вы указываете имя Вашего домена а наша система генерирует имена Доменных Серверов, которые сообщаются Вам в письме, отправленном на еМэйл, указанный при регистрации хостинга. Обычно это две записи похожие на:
Сервер1: ns1.selectfix.com
Сервер2: ns2.selectfix.com
Если у Вас есть доступ к контрольной панели Вашего Домена то эти имена надо прописать в соответсвующие поля для DNS серверов. Если же Вы забыли, как осуществляется доступ к записям Вашего домена или у Вас нет доступа к ним (Домен залочен/locked) Вам надо послать еМэйл Вашему регистратору с просьбой отключить блокирование DNS записей или просто, чтоб они сами поменяли их на значения, которые Вы укажете. Важно: Ваш еМэйл должен быть отправлен с того адреса, который Вы указали при покупке домена у Вашего регистратора. Если на этом этапе появляются трудности, обратитесь в нашу службу поддержки. Благодаря нашему опыту, даже в самых трудных случаях, эти вопросы решались за 5-7 рабочих дней (у нас успешно хостятся национальные домены .ru, .md, .gr, .ca и другие)

О. Make sure that they are chmoded to 755

В. How do I create databases and manage them?
О. Login to your cPanel and click MySQL Databases. After your database is created you can manage it from phpMyAdmin. This can be found at the very bottom of the MySQL page

Subdomains

В. READ THIS BEFORE SETTING UP A SUBDOMAIN!
О. To create a sub domain cPanel asks for the name you wish to use. MAKE SURE the Subdomain name you give it doesn't have a folder already named that name. If it does the sub will not work. Example... I want to create the Subdomain test.mydomain.com so my Sub name is going to be TEST. If I already have a folder in my ftp named TEST I need to delete it or rename it to something different before I create the subdomain with the TEST name from cPanel

О. www.domain.com is a domain name. A subdomain is anything that replaces the www in a domain name:  forum.aol.com is a subdomain. www.forum.aol.com is not a subdomain

Addon Domains

В. What is an addon domain?
О. An addon domain is a fully functional domain that will work out of a folder in your main sites ftp

В. Read this before setting up an Addon Domain!
You cannot create an Addon domain if your DNS hasn't propagated to the server already. So after you change the sites DNS you are trying to add you will need to wait 24-48 hours before attempting to create your Addon domain

О. There are three fields cPanel asks for when creating an addon domain:
1. "New Domain Name:"   You will put in the newdomain.com do not put www in the name!

2. "Username/directory/subdomain Name:" This will be the folder cpanel creates in your main accounts . MAKE SURE that the name you give it doesn't already have a folder.
Example... If you want to give it the username 'chris'. You cannot have a folder in your account named 'chris' already. If you do and still try creating the username for the addon domain to be chris, you will mess a lot of things up!

3. "Password:" fill in any password you want here 

В. Help! I added an Addon domain why did it say Subdomain added?
О. It creates it as a Subdomain by creating the folder within your main sites ftp. Please ignore this! It is a fully functional domain name. It is only called a Subdomain when in fact it is an Addon domain
